How is a generation priced?
Video is billed per second of the duration you request; images are billed per image. The rate depends on model, mode and resolution, and a quote shows the exact amount before you create anything.
When am I charged?
Only on delivery. When you create a generation we hold the quoted amount; we charge it when the result is delivered and release it in full if the run fails or you cancel while it's queued.
How can I pay?
Top up in the console by card / Apple Pay / Google Pay or crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and more). Each top-up is $15 to $1,000.
Can prices change?
Yes, when we publish a new price list. But every quote locks its price for 12 minutes, and a generation is always charged exactly what it was quoted.
Can I get a refund?
Failed generations are never charged, so there's nothing to refund. Unused balance generally isn't refundable, but we'll review cases like duplicate or mistaken top-ups — see our Refund Policy.
Do I pay for failed generations?
No. The hold is released in full — you're never charged for a failed generation.
Does my balance expire?
No. Topped-up balance never expires, and there are no inactivity fees.
How much does a 5-second Seedance 2.5 video cost?
It depends on the mode and resolution you pick: the cost is that combination's per-second rate × 5. Find the Seedance 2.5 rows in the price table above, or call POST /v1/generations/quote with your exact settings to get the amount before you run it. Failed runs cost nothing.
