Connect Makernice to Gemini CLI
Add the Makernice MCP server to Gemini CLI and generate video and images from your terminal. Gemini CLI now serves Gemini Code Assist Standard and Enterprise licenses and paid Gemini API keys; on a personal Google account, use Antigravity instead.

Let your assistant install it
Install the Makernice MCP server in Gemini CLI and connect it to my Makernice account. 1. Run: gemini mcp add --transport http --scope user makernice https://mcp.makernice.com/mcp 2. Ask me to type /mcp auth makernice and approve the connection in the browser page that opens. Once I confirm, call the makernice get_balance tool in this conversation and tell me my balance and limits. If the makernice tools are not loaded yet, tell me how to reload MCP servers in Gemini CLI, then try again. Do not call generate until I ask for a video or image.
