A Girl and Two Dragons in a Sunlit Meadow
Fantasy & sci-fi · Seedance 2.5 · @laviniavelle ·
A 30-second photoreal fantasy prompt in which a young woman in a cream dress bonds with a giant pink dragon, welcomes an emerald dragon out of the forest, and stands between them as both spread their wings in golden light. This version turns a short paragraph into five six-second beats with named camera moves.

Why it's adapted
The original is a single 507-character paragraph with no timing, posted alongside a 30-second clip whose 1280×720 file may have been upscaled. Seedance 2.5 accepts up to 30 seconds per request, so nothing has to be split or stitched; the adaptation keeps the same story and adds a characters line, five timed beats, camera moves and a sound line. Pasted as written, it targets one continuous 30-second 16:9 clip at 720p, generated from text alone.

Shot breakdown
- Subject
- Three fixed characters: a young woman with loose hair in a flowing cream linen dress, a pearl-pink dragon with a long horned head, and a slightly larger emerald dragon with darker scales and amber eyes. Giving each dragon its own colour, size and eye detail keeps the two from merging into one creature.
- Action
- A slow trust story: she touches the pink dragon's snout, it nuzzles her, the emerald dragon approaches cautiously, both circle her and bow, and the film ends on a double wing spread. Each beat carries one clear gesture, so the motion stays readable.
- Camera
- A wide push-in to open, a medium two-shot, a rack focus to the newcomer, a low angle while the dragons circle, then a crane up and back that shrinks her against the landscape for scale.
- Style
- Ultra-realistic live-action fantasy in late-afternoon golden light, with photoreal scales, believable weight and muscle, sunlight glowing through the wing membranes and a warm film grade.
- Sound
- Wind over grass, deep slow dragon breaths, wing beats and a soft orchestral score; there is no dialogue, so nothing depends on lip sync.

Make it yours
- To swap the heroine, change only the Characters line (age, hair, outfit) and leave the five beats untouched; every later beat refers back to her, so the new description carries through.
- To move the meeting to dawn, replace the golden late-afternoon light with cool morning mist in the first line and in the 24-30s beat; with a low sun behind the dragons, the glowing-wing effect still works.
- If the two dragons come out looking alike, sharpen the contrast: one sentence on their size difference and one on eye colour usually separates them better than extra adjectives about scales.
FAQ
Can this dragon scene run longer than 30 seconds?
Not in one request: Seedance 2.5 generates 4 to 30 seconds per run. For a longer film, plan separate clips, for example the meeting in one and the wing spread in another, and repeat the same Characters line word for word in each prompt so the woman and both dragons stay recognisable. To pick up where a clip ends, Seedance 2.5 also offers image-to-video (i2v) and first-and-last-frame (flf) modes.
Would a wider frame suit the wingspan better than 16:9?
It is worth trying. For text-to-video, Seedance 2.5 accepts adaptive, 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:3, 3:4, 21:9 and 9:21. A 21:9 frame gives the closing double wing spread more horizontal room; if you switch, change 16:9 in the prompt's first line as well as the aspect ratio setting so the two agree.
Which resolutions can I render this meadow scene at?
Seedance 2.5 offers 480p, 720p, 1080p and 4K, with 720p as the default, which is what the parameters on this page use. A sensible order is to settle the dragons' look in a short low-resolution run first, then render the full 30 seconds at the resolution you actually need.
