Locker Room Cool-Down Stretch Vlog
Action · Seedance 2.0 · @doctorwasif ·
A 15-second camcorder-style prompt that generates a young woman winding down in a dim gym locker room after training: a forward fold, a shoulder stretch, a few sips from a shaker bottle, a lazy overhead reach and a selfie goodbye, each beat paired with one short spoken line. Rebuilt from the finished clip.

Why it's adapted
This clip follows the creator's eight scenes closely and in the same order: sitting down, a hamstring stretch, a shoulder stretch, a close-up of grabbing the shake, drinking, arms overhead, resting on a knee and a goodbye wave. The differences are in the setting and wardrobe. The prompt describes a quiet gym corner, but the footage is clearly a locker room with tall dark lockers and a mirror over an under-lit ledge. It asks for socks, while she is barefoot in the stretching shot. It also says the camcorder is never seen, yet the final selfie shows her arm reaching toward the lens. The tape noise and flickering exposure the prompt asks for are mild at most in the footage, which looks soft and slightly grainy. This adaptation follows the clip, writes the woman as an original fictional character without the name used in the prompt, and keeps the spoken lines from the prompt, since the audio cannot be checked against the frames. The length stays at 15 seconds, the upper limit of Seedance 2.0, and it is set to text-to-video at 16:9 and 720p; the posted file is 1280×720.

Shot breakdown
- Subject
- A young woman in her twenties with a low black ponytail, a beige fitted long-sleeve top, loose light-grey sweatpants, bare feet and a grey towel around her neck. Around her are charcoal lockers, a mirror over an under-lit ledge, a navy mat, a cream gym bag and a grey shaker with a white lid.
- Action
- Eight small, quiet moments in the clip's order: sitting down and exhaling, a seated toe-touch with a laugh, an arm flex into a shoulder stretch, a hand grabbing the shaker, a drink and a nod, both arms reaching overhead, chin resting on folded arms over a knee, and a wave before the camera tips away.
- Camera
- A camcorder that is sometimes propped low on the floor and sometimes held at arm's length. The first half uses static low wides and a side view; from the drink onward the framing creeps closer, ending in a handheld selfie with her arm stretched toward the lens.
- Style
- Soft, slightly grainy, low-contrast footage in warm evening light, with the mirror doubling her in many shots; it reads as an unpolished personal vlog rather than a fitness advert.
- Sound
- Locker-room room tone, rustling fabric, easy breathing, a little laughter and the shaker lid's click, plus her eight short lines in a warm, tired voice and no music.

Make it yours
- Keep each spoken line to a handful of words; every beat lasts only one to two seconds, and longer sentences get cut off or rushed when the shot changes.
- If the clip looks too clean, strengthen the Look line with words like soft focus, grain and hand shake instead of adding filters afterwards; the low, propped-up angle also sells the vlog feel.
- To swap the drink moment for something else, rewrite the 6.5-7.5s and 7.5-9.5s beats together, since the close-up and the drinking shot are built as a pair.
FAQ
Why did my result stop after the first stretch?
Seedance 2.0 defaults to 5 seconds, which only covers the first beats. Set the duration to 15 seconds before generating; the model accepts anything from 4 to 15 seconds, and 15 is what this eight-beat plan is timed for.
Is a vertical 9:16 version possible for a phone-style vlog?
Yes. Seedance 2.0 text-to-video offers 21:9, 16:9, 4:3, 1:1, 3:4 and 9:16, and a vertical frame suits the selfie ending well. Change 16:9 in the first line of the prompt to match the setting, and expect the wide floor-level shots to crop tighter around her and the lockers.
Can I change her outfit or the room and still use this prompt?
Yes. Edit the Character line for the outfit, hair or towel, and the Setting line for the room; the timed beats only refer to her, the mat, the bag and the shaker, so they keep working. Render at 720p, the default, or 1080p if you want the faces and fabric sharper.
